   Our favorite French restaurant in Philadelphia by any count! The seven course meal was delectable. My personal favorites were the watercress soup, the foie gras and, to top it all, the best white chocolate soufflé I have ever had!!

   アットホームな雰囲気で、料理は芸術的でとても美味しかったです。室内が少々暗かったためメニューをしっかり読めませんでした。説明はしてくれましたが、英語だったため理解には限界がありました。ワインやお酒が持ち込みで、店での提供が無いとは知りませんでした。ワインを飲みながら、料理を満喫したかったのがコーラになってしまい、それがちょっぴり残念ではありました。それにしてもいいお値段でしたが、コース料理は良い経験になりました。

   Outstanding food, service and ambiance. Intimate and elegant without being fussy or pretentious. Such a gift to talk with Chef Calmels after the meal. The tasting menu was thoughtfully planned - the flavors in subsequent courses building on earlier courses. Incredible execution from the kitchen. I haven’t eaten everywhere in Philadelphia but this may be our finest restaurant.

   This was our first visit to Bibou and we will be back. The food is very inventive and beautifully presented. Except for the pork chop that was a bit dry, the food was delicious. The portions are small but by the time we left, we were more than full. The key lime soufflé was particularly great as the last course. We were there just under 3 hours (the late seating) and never felt rushed. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s difficult to get a Saturday night reservation but worth the effort.

   Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Chef Pierre came out at the end of dinner service and greeted each and every guest. Very friendly and personable. Each course was wonderful and delightful.
