Bia's offers all organic food. The cuisine is Mediterranean with emphasis on Greek, Turkish, and Persian. We are the only wine bar on Haight Street and are considered the only serious restaurant on Haight St. We have an in-house bakery and freshly bake our own bread. All desserts are home-made as well. And not least of all, there is outdoor dining in the secluded garden in the back.

I used to come here years ago when it was run by the other brother and called Zare. I remember going to Bia's shortly after it switched, but hadn't come back. Now I remember why.
The Bia's omelet was a lukewarm greasy pocket of egg filed with overdone vegetables and an ice cold wedge of brie. The home-fries were soggy, cold and bland. Coffee was OK, but don't expect a refill anytime soon.
The decor is shabby and poorly chosen for outdoor dining. For example, they put several tables out back on bare wet ground. The chair legs are thin metal tubes which immediately sink into the ground and threaten to topple you. The whole experience was sloppy and unpleasant. I won't be returning - ever.

This is my favorite place on the Haight to have dinner.
food is always very tasty, I absolutely love the lamb sirloin and Penne pasta.
Apetizers are great, everything homemade. you feel like you are dining in someones house.
Its a very cosy romantic spot away from the hustle and bustle of Haight Streeet.
Also a very cute backgarden for Brunch.
They staff always are entertaining.
I would definitely recommend it
