The restaurant is in a beautiful setting, the waitstaff was attentive and accomodating. My prosecco glass was never ending thanks to the waiter. From the FDR suhi roll to a tasty osso buco, I could not believe how amazing my experience at Bianca was. The wait was long however. Even with a reservation, my party of four ended up waiting an hour and a half before being sitted. That being said, the service was impeccable, the ambiance was romantic, and I had a fantastic time. Unfortunately, I was entertaining some guests from the Middle East and found the pounding music to be way too much to have even a reasonable conversation. At one point the bass was pounding so much that my chair and the table were vibrating. It was just too much for such a fine restaurant. Not sure I'd go back unless this was addressed.
