Diner Reviews
  • "This is a very high end restaurant that does not fail to deliver in all aspects that could or should be considered. Every bit of food was excellent from preparation to delivery. Service was extremely attentive and the location at The Delano is beautiful."

  • "Biana was a great restaurant and our server Paolo was awesome. Food and drinks were great and prices weren't outrageous considering the locale."

  • "We went to Bianca for a pre-spa lunch and it was lovely. Beautiful spot and the food was good, with a good variety to choose from for lunch. The only downside was the service was a bit slow so it ate into our spa time more than we had anticipated."

  • "A friend and I dined here at 10pm on a Wednesday night. We sat outside. The decor was nice and the music the DJ was playing was fun and not too loud. Our Italian waiter was very helpful in narrowing down our choices. We ended up ordering and sharing the meatballs (fantastic marinara with a kick), FDR roll (one of the best sushi rolls I've eaten), the branzino (baked in a salt crust), and the white asparagus in parmesan (deliciously fondue-like sauce). The drinks were kinda pricey at $17 for a vodka soda."

  • "Bianca is one of our favorite places to dine. The service is always outstanding (which is hard to find in Miami), the food is incredible and the view is beautiful. I highly recommend going for a drink at the pool bar after dinner."

  • "We had a great view overlooking the pool area during our brunch. Food was great especially the tomato and mozzarella salad. The olives and cheese were also spectacular. The complimentary sangria was a very large glass also very good. There was a large selection of seafood - crab claws and large shrimp on ice. It would have been nice to have melted butter for dipping. The grilled seafood was good as well. The lobster had what I thought to be old bay seasoning which ruined the taste. There was a table of fresh sushi. Last but not least the dessert table had a bunch of goodies."

  • "Excellent friendly service. The octopus was very good."

  • "Great restaurant even though the food was spotty. Some dishes were superb, some average, and one ineditable. Service was top class and the prices astronomical. A place to go for a special event, or to impress a date or business acquaintance, but the pricing is so outlandish even someone who can afford it blushes. Inside seating is limited so go when the evening is not humid or you will be miserable."

  • "Our Sever Ali was wonderful. Very nice guy - attentive but not too fussy. Remembered our surprise bday request. Our very 1st server was also very good. The Branzino & Tiramisu were..meh. I wanted to be wowed more for the price. I've had much better Branzino for $32 as opposed to $44 and the potatoes were as dry as if they had been re-roasted. The house salad was better. I would go back to try Brunch. It's really All ambience - classy but relaxing. I would have stayed for hours and drank wine had it not been for the whorish beehive of girls who came in later to pre-club, changing the entire energy with their strident voices and fake kisses - ugh- but that's not the restaurant's fault. Go early. Eat light. Drink wine. Leave early. Nice time."

  • "We dined here on Friday June 6th. The food is decent but not worth the money. We felt extremely rushed, and the restaurant was not crowded. Our server was very nice, but I won't be returning to this restaurant. Don't waste your money because they are plenty of other amazing restaurants in South Beach"

  • "My boyfriend took me there for dinner while vacationing in Miami and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was amazing- I got the salmon and he got a fish and both of them had us drooling. I had a wonderful glass of prosecco to start, as well as a glass of Sauvignon Blanc after. The server was terrific- he was knowledgeable, friendly and didn't hover, but was always there when it was the right time to be there. Lastly, the restaurant itself was amazing! Everything was so classy and elegant."

  • "The ambience is great. Good music, nice outdoor seating. The quality of the food is average at its best with a big price tag attached to it. You definitely pay for the environment and not for what is on your plate."

  • "We arrived on time for our 8:30 reservation. The hostess sat us inside at a sweltering hot table with zero air flow. We requested to be moved to outside and were informed that it would be 45 minutes by an annoyed hostess. We decided to wait and headed back to the bar by the pool. On on way there, we passed by 5 or 6 empty four top tables outside. I just knew one of those tables would be ours. Sure enough, 20 minutes later, I was called and we were seated outside at one of the empty tables. Really? Spiteful hostesses? Really? The service was okay - nothing exceptional. We had to ask for a second round of drinks and more ice water - those should be givens. For a classy high end restaurant, I would expect a higher level of service. "

  • "We came on a day with no Sunday brunch. We decided to stay anyway. Our server Etty was fantastic but our food was not. The manager on staff (Memorial Day weekend) offered no compensation for burnt steaks and other food itmes that were sub-par. We never send back food (ever), but had to send back our charred steaks. Due to the managers inability to take care of customers- we will not be back. We are in Miami all the time so this is a shame!!!!"

  • "They advertise is $42 per person for brunch and then you get Slammed $75 per person plus they charge you the water and the coffee! The food was old and terrible , only the items from the grill were ok. "

  • "Loved eating here, I had a great combination of my favorites: sushi and pasta. They serve some dishes from the sushi place next door so I had the tuna pizza to start and then the truffled tagliatelli, I wish I could eat it again right now! Soo delicious. I would definitely recommend a table outside for better ambiance."

  • "Good food, ambience and service but 45 minute wait time (beyond time reserved) is not acceptable. The wait was not necessarily the fault of the staff as most diners were just hanging out way too long after finishing their meals. Restaurant should consider taking fewer reservations to maintain a timely turnover. We were not in a rush and quite enjoyed hanging out at the pool bar but that may not be true for those with other plans after dinner."

  • "Our table of five was pleasantly surprised. No too cool for school pretentious service like soo many boutique hotel restaurants serve up. Filet mignon was on par with Prime 112 and the three copy cat diners at our table all raved about the salmon. Even though we opted for cocktails the sommelier couldn't have been nicer. Atmosphere is great and had views of the well designed and interestingly decorated rear yard plus the people watching is noteworthy. Recommend an after dinner drink at the rear bar with a stellar view of the long narrow pool flanked by mature palms with the Deco hotel in the background. If have dined here in the past under the many prior iterations of the space but never went back for seconds. I will return here. "

  • "Bianca is a beautiful outdoor restaurant with an eclectic italian menu - definitely not traditional italian. The wine sommelier as well as the waitress and other waitstaff were extremely attentive, constantly checking on us, filling out water glasses, and cleaning the table - everything was seamless. The food on the menu itself didn't particularly thrill me, but I like that it forced me to order things I wouldn't normally. We got the meatball appetizer which was great; the sauce really tasted homemade, like something I would make (but better). I got a tomato salad and the spaghetti squash for my entree. Both were good but not amazing. All in all I do recommend this restaurant, the ambiance is great!"

  • "We had a reservation with my boyfriend for 9:30 we got seated at 10:30 which was fine, our waitress was terrible she never came to check on us, had an attitude, was rude, took forever to bring us drinks (and we only order soda). After we asked another waitress to bring us the drinks, they never came back, we called the manager he apologized... but she still came back with attitutde.. WORST SERVICE but the food was brought by another man and it was AMAZING BEST PASTA I have tried.. would go back for the food but THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE"

  • "This was a great experience except for my Ravioli Dinner which was a joke. Overcooked and 5 small pieces of very marginal food. My dates fish and the apps were outstanding. The restaurant removed my dinner from the bill. Atmosphere was incredible!"

  • "One of the best restaurants around South Beach. Just let down a little with the all too predictable, miserable token Russian waitress. As usual they're only interested in money or single, ageing wealthy gents rather than providing the usual high quality you one to expect from hard working professional American waiting staff. Shame as this seems to be a growing trend in Miami. As if the reputation for service isn't bad enough, for some bizarre reason firms think they'll win more customers by hiring sullen, poorly trained East European girls. There you go."
