The unique indoor/outdoor restaurant is under direction of The Light Group’s Corporate Executive Chef Brian Massie and boasts a stylish and sophisticated interior design reflecting its light and fresh offerings. Bianca’s simple, yet savory cuisine includes signature dishes, such as char grilled octopus with aged balsamic vinegar and handmade pasta with seasonal truffles and cream and boasts Chef de Cuisine Luciano Sautto’s new menu additions including seafood squid ink tagliolini and seared swordfish. Bianca also features delectable selections from Umi Sushi & Sake Bar, including the new Big Eye Tuna Pizza and specialty rolls.   • "Good food, ambience and service but 45 minute wait time (beyond time reserved) is not acceptable. The wait was not necessarily the fault of the staff as most diners were just hanging out way too long after finishing their meals. Restaurant should consider taking fewer reservations to maintain a timely turnover. We were not in a rush and quite enjoyed hanging out at the pool bar but that may not be true for those with other plans after dinner."

  • "Our table of five was pleasantly surprised. No too cool for school pretentious service like soo many boutique hotel restaurants serve up. Filet mignon was on par with Prime 112 and the three copy cat diners at our table all raved about the salmon. Even though we opted for cocktails the sommelier couldn't have been nicer. Atmosphere is great and had views of the well designed and interestingly decorated rear yard plus the people watching is noteworthy. Recommend an after dinner drink at the rear bar with a stellar view of the long narrow pool flanked by mature palms with the Deco hotel in the background. If have dined here in the past under the many prior iterations of the space but never went back for seconds. I will return here. "

  • "Bianca is a beautiful outdoor restaurant with an eclectic italian menu - definitely not traditional italian. The wine sommelier as well as the waitress and other waitstaff were extremely attentive, constantly checking on us, filling out water glasses, and cleaning the table - everything was seamless. The food on the menu itself didn't particularly thrill me, but I like that it forced me to order things I wouldn't normally. We got the meatball appetizer which was great; the sauce really tasted homemade, like something I would make (but better). I got a tomato salad and the spaghetti squash for my entree. Both were good but not amazing. All in all I do recommend this restaurant, the ambiance is great!"

  • "We had a reservation with my boyfriend for 9:30 we got seated at 10:30 which was fine, our waitress was terrible she never came to check on us, had an attitude, was rude, took forever to bring us drinks (and we only order soda). After we asked another waitress to bring us the drinks, they never came back, we called the manager he apologized... but she still came back with attitutde.. WORST SERVICE but the food was brought by another man and it was AMAZING BEST PASTA I have tried.. would go back for the food but THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE"

  • "This was a great experience except for my Ravioli Dinner which was a joke. Overcooked and 5 small pieces of very marginal food. My dates fish and the apps were outstanding. The restaurant removed my dinner from the bill. Atmosphere was incredible!"

  • "One of the best restaurants around South Beach. Just let down a little with the all too predictable, miserable token Russian waitress. As usual they're only interested in money or single, ageing wealthy gents rather than providing the usual high quality you one to expect from hard working professional American waiting staff. Shame as this seems to be a growing trend in Miami. As if the reputation for service isn't bad enough, for some bizarre reason firms think they'll win more customers by hiring sullen, poorly trained East European girls. There you go."

  • "We had lunch at Bianca rather than dinner since our plans changed. We were seated promptly outside with a pretty view of the grounds. Our server was very attentive, the food was delicious and generous portions. It was a very relaxing, unhurried afternoon. Definitely would return on our next S. beach visit."

  • "The wine steward pushed a $200 bottle of wine at us just as we sat down, we rejected it. We picked out a bottle of what we really liked which was $210, he insisted we go with his initial selection to the point we had to accept it. A never heard of before, Italian White. Held it at our table for 10 minutes as he said it wasn't cold enough. Bottom line the wine was not worth it, in fact it tasted like a cheap wine. As for food, they claimed the octopus was their signature appetizer it was not so good but the baratta cheese was. The main course (risotto with truffle, tagliatelle with truffle and short ribs) was good not great but desert stood out (Gelato and terrimisu). For three of us it was $560 with tip. Not worth it."

  • "Dear The restaurant was chosen to celebrate my husband seventy's, because my niece, Cristine Lengler, has stayed at this hotel and strongly suggested your place. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The sommelier was insistent in their opinions. My dish came out wrong and that resulted that when the righ dish arrived my husband dish wasn't there and I dined alone! Wasn't what I expected for such a special occasion and a dinner of $ 360.00. Kind regards"

  • "Miami has so many great places to eat. My wife and I always attempt to find new places each time we are in South Beach. However, Bianca is always on our must stop list. We arrive early have a cocktail in the Rose Bar then make our way to Bianca. We always have a great experience and the staff has always been exceptional. My fear is someday we will arrive and they no longer have the tuna pizza."

  • "We had been to Bianca before when visiting Miami and enjoyed it. But the place has become a hot spot. The music is louder; food is less thoughtful. The sommelier is annoyingly over the top, and when I asked about pasta dishes, the waiter knee-jerked to recommend the $58 dish of pasta, cream sauce and truffles. It took over 30 minutes to get our car, which the waiter who called the valet neglected to tell us so we stood in the cold (for Florida) rain a very long time. But if you are a single 20-something ready to overspend on drinks just so you can be seen, this is the place for you. We will be going elsewhere."

  • "We were staying at the Delano (the hotel where Bianca is located) and last minute tried to eat dinner Saturday evening 2/22/14 and upon speaking to the hostess were told they were fully book, to which I replied we're hotel guests..she did not reply. So I whipped out my handy open table app and book at table for 9:15 (it was 9pm) and readdressed the hostess to which she said "Oh well please step away from the podium" We did waited about 30 minutes she never looked up and never addressed us again so we left at next door at the Surfcomber next door Service like this reflects very poorly on a hotel that prides itself on service. This person has no business dealing with the public with her clearly rude and disdainful demeanor."

You are still working on your cocktails, and the food is coming. You have not even started the bottle of wine. We felt rushed! Once we pushed back, it was better. The restaurant ought to know better! Given the price you do not want to be rushed in one hour or so."

After many a great experiences at the now closed Blue Door, my wife and I decided to visit Bianca and give it a shot. Below is a recap of our experience; Pros: -The ambience and outdoor dining experience at the Delano is second to none. Romantic, hip, and elegant all in one. -Good service -Proximity to venues for after dinner entertainment (that's if you don't decide to stay at the lobby bar). -The desert sampler very good Cons: -The menu is a bit confusing as it offers italian dishes, sushi, fish and steak. The diversity, although positive, confuses. -high pricepoint vs. food quality and presentation."

  • "I read countless reviews on this restaurant, both good and bad. I had a terrific time. The reservation I had made was honored without a hitch and my girlfriend and I were led to our table quickly. Upon entering, it was magical. The ceilings were high with beautiful white drapes reaching the top, the lighting was a sexy dim and a small crown began to gather by the bar (which is situated at least 20-30 feet before the dining area. I must say my visit was magical. The food was terrific, service was prompt and the outdoor gardens by the pool was beautiful. It reminded me of my times in South Beach circa 1998. One final note, I proposed to my girlfriend in the gardens. She said yes, so I will never forget Bianca."

  • "I was with a party of 3 to celebrate a very dear friends Birthday, I could not have asked for a better experience. Our server was amazing and the food was unique and pleasing to the pallet. Having a notes section to the website is an excellent form of communication for request and better, that the restaurant executed the request flawlessly. I had asked if a candle can be put on the dessert that we ordered. They went over and beyond, not only that, they decorated the plate with writing in chocolate. The birthday guest felt it was truly there special day. Thank you so much to the Kitchen and staff at Bianca. And thank you to Open Table"

  • "The place was empty on a Wednesday night in February accept for the typical business outing crowd. the food was ok the service fair. the prices ridiculous. 475 for a steak and $25 for a martini. There were no beautiful people and those perfunctory tourist that showed up didn't' stay. It's a tired take riding on fumes."

  • "I was completely confused on the vibe this place. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two not so friendly 20 something year old greeters with dress more appropriate for a strip club then a classy restaurant. Once seated outside, our sommelier seemingly didn't have much knowledge of the wine list. When we asked the difference between two bottles of wine, his only response (and he said this three times) was "it's like comparing apples to oranges". I thought ok, but I could describe both an apple and an orange and yet he kept steering us to one particular bottle of wine, regardless of what we told him we wanted. Top it off with food that was good but not great, and this was not someplace I'd be excited to return."
