Nahm Thai is more than an hour from my home, but well worth the trip. Thai food is my favorite, and this is the best I’ve ever had. The presentation with flowers…the clearing of the table between courses…the menu variety and the delicious preparations are first class. When you spill a tiny amount on the tablecloth they bring large white napkins to restore the pristine tablescape. Just wonderful.

And so, into the mac 'n cheese, the Thai spices went. Now, Calvin's giving Southern staples, like sea bass and fried chicken, a decidedly creative Asian-inspired twist (and a nip of spice, too). He has created innovative dishes, approached in much the same way, leave the hands of Calvin Phan day in and day out. His dedication and attention to detail are evident in each dish and dessert. This is a must in Atlanta. From the moment we walked in you could tell it was going to be great. The whole staff was energetic, vibrant and wonderful. Our server TJ was phenomenal and so descriptive of all the food. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!

My husband loves the prime rib. We went on Mother's Day for the buffet, so he ate his fill of prime rib. The sushi tower was fresh and the smoked salmon was delicious. I also had a premium bloody mary that came with 3 large shrimp and candied bacon. Every time we go for dinner, I order the mussels, they are so good in the wine broth!
