I am Brazilian and have been to a few Brazilian restaurants in NYC, but they all came up short of my expectations.
I was looking for a nice Brazilian restaurant to take a date to and through a few clicks on Google I read the reviews for Berimbau do Brasil, and I couldn't have made a better decision.
The place lacks a bar, which is a shame because I'd love to stop by for happy hours, yet thats probably one of its charms. The place is very small, which makes it special, and was a lovely place to take my date to and introduce him to Brazilian cooking.
