Benvenuti's is artful, understated dining as conceived by executive chef Anthony Compagni. We strive to awaken the senses by utilizing seasonal ingredients, both international and local. At Benvenuti's we continuously seek the finest selection of local and organically grown produce, legumes, and grains wherever possible. We also obtain naturally raised animal products to provide foods free of antibiotics, growth hormones, and pesticides. Benvenuti’s pasta is hand made in Abruzzo, Italy by Rustichella d’Abruzzo from the finest Italian wheat. Mangiare!

Fine food is appreciated when paired with fine wine. Benvenuti’s has carefully assembled an artful collection of boutique wines. Benvenuti’s offers more than 150 wine selection to compliment the menu of Chef Compagni, available by the bottle, half bottle, glass or our exciting wine flight.

  • "I was very impressed with our dinner at Benvenuti's. I can't wait to go back. I'm not much of a pasta person so I had the veggie pizza and it was huge and delicious. My boyfriend had the pasta from hell, I tried it and it was spicy but I expected it to have more of a kick. But everything was yummy, the bread, the parmesan fries and our meals. A+"

  • "The fried risotto is delicious. My husband and I both enjoyed it. I had the chicken marsala and it was a bit dry. My husband really enjoyed the sea bass that he ordered. The creme brulee was just ok. Honestly I haven't found any creme brulee in restaurants that I like as much as can easily be made at home. Overall though it's a good date night restaurant. Generally, I would rate the food at four stars but two of the things I ordered this time could have been improved so only the stars for this visit."

  • "My bf and I love this place! We went on Friday for a more casual date, but this place is pretty classy! We got an appetizer, wine, pizza, pasta and dessert and every bite was delightful and we had PLENTY to take home for lunch the next day and a snack. I got a half bottle of the Hess Cabernet and it was superb! One of the best reasonable priced wines I have ever had. While the food is a little expensive it is so worth it! If we lived in Norman we would probably become regulars."

It was okay food at an expensive price. Seating and views were nothing special either, just a regular restaurant with absurd prices."

  • "It's one thing to go out and eat...it's another to go out and enjoy high quality, well-prepared food by a chef. Bienvenuti's has dining down to an art. Each dish we had (shrimp, salad, chicken marsala, lasagna and carrot cake) was special. Even the lasagna is not ordinary--the pasta is from Italy and the texture is divine! The distinct flavors in each of these dishes were able to shine, thanks to the chef. Our waiter, Blake was attentive and timely. Although the exceptional night out at this restaurant came with a greater price, it was completely worth celebrating our anniversary there...and will return soon."

It is the best place for family, business, and other dining events. Whenever people who are unfamiliar with the restaurants in Norman ask me for a recommendation, I always mention Benvenuti's as my favorite place to eat. Everything about the restaurant is first class. The food, service, and ambience rival top tier restaurants found in big cities. Also, the price for food items and drinks are reasonable."

I have a hard time passing up the fish (seasonal special or the sea bass on the regular menu), but it's all great. And we are lucky - we live close enough to walk to the restaurant!"

  • "We have always enjoyed Benvenuti's! My husband wanted to go there for his last night in town before his military deployment. We brought our two young children and had a very nice early evening dinner. Our server was outstanding! He went above and beyond to make our dinner special. He was very friendly and helpful checking on recipes for our son's food allergies. The only down side of our experience that evening was that my husband's burger was undercooked in the middle; however, our server was very nice about it and had a new one cooked for him. We appreciated the wonderful service and great food. We will definitely be back and are constantly recommending Benvenuti's!"

  • "I took my cousin to dinner for her 71st birthday. We sat outside and very much enjoyed sitting on the terrace. The salmon was a little over-cooked, but still quite delicious. The waiter recommended a delightful Savignon Blanc with pear overtones and we really enjoyed it. We were the only ones on the terrace, so we were a bit out of the way. Our waiter was nevertheless attentive and delightful."

It was well after 8 before our entree's arrived. I guess our server was more concerned with her large party drinking multiple bottles of wine. Poor service from our server."
