"We made a reservation on Open Table for 7p, then arrived on time to find no tables were available and had to wait at the bar until 7:40pm for a table. The hostess had no idea about our reservation and the restaurant clearly pays no attention to reservations made via Open Table. Get ready to give your name at the door and wait in line like everybody else."

"Service was painfully slow and there were only 3 other tables occupied when we were seated. That would have been forgiven if the food was good but the short ribs were so tough I could barley hack through them with a knife, it was like they'd been microwaved. When someone leaves their meal uneaten and declines a box the waitress may inquire why?? Not worth the time or the money."

"Fairly quiet for a Friday night. Excellent table (I always request a booth), good service and and the food is pretty consistent. The salmon is a favorite and the arugula salad is something that I always order. Walking into Benucci's is like walking into a restaurant in a large city...without being in a large city. It's a mini-vacation!"

"Had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters 20th birthday. She chose the restaurant and all were happy with the choice. Service was excellent but discreet, food arrived hot and delicious and the ambiance was perfect for the 6 of us."

"We have been going to Benuccis for many years now and have always loved the food and service. This is a great place for great food at a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed. If there is anything at all that is disappointing, it's that they took the stuffed shells off the menu a while back. This was my favorite dish there, and one I ordered almost every time I went. But the Lasagna makes up for it!"

"We made reservations on open table which I called ahead to confirm. When we arrived, they told us it would be an additional 20 minute wait! What's the point in making reservations? This place has poor service, our food took forever and was cold and tasted like it was frozen. The manager offered us dessert which was like the rest of the meal, tasteless and below average. Do not go here!"
