My wife and I chose the Steak for Two, which was the right decission. You'll get an Porterhouse cut, dryaged and perfectly grilled. As side dishes we chose Benjamins House Fries and spinach - both really tasteful.
Our overall experience was absolutely great and it was a really nice evening - perfect food, great service, nice atmosphere. My wife has a 3 lb lobster which was also excellent. We had a Benjamin salad which had ample very large blue crab lump meat in it. I also had the sizzling canadian bacon which was delicious and (almost) too much for one person. My husband had the steak and I had the Chilean Sea Bass. Both were excellent. The portions were not too large. The side orders were just right for one we thought although the waiter said sufficient for two people.

It is on the pricier side but considering the amount and high quality of food you are getting, plus the above average service, it's pretty worth it. I had an excellent filet mignon, and the cut was much larger than I expected, and my boyfriend got the ribeye and it was superb--I'll order it next time. He doesn't drink, so I got a 1/2 bottle for myself, and it yielded 3 glasses for what I'd have otherwise paid for two. Don't know the exact size, but am guessing at least 22oz to 24oz on the bone, cooked perfect medium-rare, great flavor, served hot. My guest had the double cut veal chop which was huge and was told it was also very good. We shared onion rings (large size, very good) and a vegetable. Didn't have any appetizers or dessert (was too full), so can't comment on them. The food is amazing, the staff is awesome and the ambiance is great! Was a repeat customer of Smith and Wollensky but they have fallen and Benjamin now is the place to go for a phenomenal steak or lamb chops!!!!
