My husband and his son had never been, so as a nice surprise I took them for my husband's birthday.
We all had a great time, the food was superb, and although we had a lot to eat we didn't feel over stuffed (the meal is served slowly by courses which helped). We felt at ease and totally unrushed.
The show wasn't as "big" as it used to be, but that's ok cause my fella's probably wouldn't have made much noise anyway.
They gave us a copy of the menu for my scrapbook, which was greatly appreciated.
Just like previously, I truly enjoyed the entire experience and hope to visit again soon.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMDinnerTook my girlfriend there for her 26th birthday. It was an early dinner, around 6:00 on a Thursday, so we had the restaurant to ourselves when we arrived. But it filled up fast.
Food was good. Chef Michael was very entertaining. Bill was about $160 for with drinks.

Every time we visit we are given the warmest welcome. It is always consistent and we can't think of one complaint! Everyone takes special care of our nine year old daughter and makes her feel special and we know it is genuine. Sam the chef never ceases to surprise us with little variations and the food is above and beyond delicious and we never get bored. Thank you for always giving us a great experience!!!!!!! We chose to sit at one of the cooking tables and were sat with another party of 5 - two moms and their kids. Very soon we started conversation and found out that I grew up in the same town and went to the same elementary school and highschool with the two other women. The rest of the evening was spent reminiscing about former classmates and teachers. Delightful.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMJo's 50th BirthdayMy first time at Benihanas was a delightful culinary experience which I will surely remember for a long time. The chef ( Sam ) was very talented and entertaining. He had us all laughing and amazed by his juggling and cooking skills.. The food was to die for. I even tried several menu items that I've never tasted before and loved them. Limo ride there and back was just icing on the (Birthday) cake. We will be back with friends for sure.
