It was my boyfriend and I and we sat with another table of two and another table of four and they were enjoyable people! I was worried that we might be sat with people we do not like and luckily the people were great. The chef was awesome and funny and the food was cooked to perfection.

My waiter was not very attentive to the needs of the table guests and we needed to remind him several times of our requests. We loved the nice atmosphere, the warm and relaxed feel of the place, the comfortable dining and the friendly treatment of the restaurant staff. I have been dinning in Benihana since 1985. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The soup was amazing and the salad was refreshing. The very well done stake was to the Mother's liking. We liked the Salmon, with onion and zucchini. I only have two complaints, one was that the food was under seasoned. I had the mango shrimp and my date had the teriyaki chicken, although the vegetables served as an appetizer were great (the zucchini and onions). My other complaint is one that I guess I up to chance, but the other couples at the table seemed very dry in humor. Our chef was great and very funny, and me and my date were laughing and playing along, but the others were rather quiet.
