Took 30 minutes to get our waters/soda. Was absolutely freezing in there, a fan over us blowing we were shivering/goosebumps entire dinner so we boxed up dinner and left early. Meat quality was poor compared to past meals here.

We are avid diners who love Benihana but this trip the yum yum yellow sauce was not as thick or flavorful. Unsure if each place makes the sauce, or it's delivered in. The chef was great, and the waiter was great. The bill is total sticker shock with the price increases on the menu nearly doubled in a couple of years PLUS 20% surcharge (not shown clearly on itemized receipt) PLUS additional tip. We stopped going frequently due to this. it was quiet there so this may be hurting them. Plan $100+ per person.

We had a 6:30 reservation and didn’t get seated until around 7:00pm and then sat waiting for our chef to arrive which took another 45 minutes. Our server person was very nice. He felt bad so he offered us a free appetizer which never came but they tried and charge us for after they finally brought us our bill. Be ready to pay a lot more than the menu price as there is an automatic tip charge for the chef and then you tip the server separately. Total chaos and terrible service for well over $120 for my wife and I. We will never be back. What a joke.

We waiting 20 minutes past our reservation to get seated and then over an hour at our table before our chef arrived. The server was very slow, but we had a great experience with the chef.

Food and service was great, biggest issue is even though we had a reservation still had to wait over 30 mins to be seated. This has happened multiple times at this location. Once we were seated things are great, it’s just they can’t seem to figure out how to handle seating people in any sort of reasonable time with reservations.

I asked for my steak well done and when I got it and bit into it, it was bloody so that had to be sent back and also my rice was really cold so the experience really wasn’t a 10 out of 10
