Fairly slow and very straight to the point. She could have been alot more friendly or even nice. But she did her job. Our cook was amazing. The Chef was great and the cooked food was good but they have cut back, no mushrooms or bean sprouts.
The Hotel used to be a Hilton but they lost the Hilton name and it needs a lot of repair.
Sad to say they are pushing the more expensive items and cutting back on the food quanity and quality.

However, since that meant the extra expense of a dinner for me for each one, we came to a compromise. After one family dinner at Benihana, it has now become a family tradition and their restaurant of choice. The service, quality and experience has always been outstanding, and has now created a fond, family memory that will last for the rest of our lives.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMAn experience!Upon entering the lobby the atmosphere is soothing. The authentic costumes are delightfully uplifting as you follow the hostess to the grill/table. It is nice to able to somewhat face the other guests at your table, it makes for easy interaction with them.
When the chef starts his wonderful display of talents and aah's the guests at every flip and turn it makes for an exciting dining experience in which everyone feels part of.

The initial ambiance with Koi fish, walking paths, etc. are great for photos, the staff is very authentic and friendly, the food is excellently prepared. The table chefs are great. Maybe I'm a bit spoiled, but not quite up to par with previous experiences at other Benihana; still they are entertaining. Watch out for the charges on extras though; they can really run your bill up.
