The sushi menu is not that extensive but who goes to Benihana for sushi? You go for the hibachi. Our chef put on a great show. He interacted with the customers and was very entertaining. The onion volcano/train never gets old for me. Our server, Phorn, is awesome. He was very attentive and funny. I ordered the hibachi tuna steak, rare. It was delicious! Prepared just the way I like it. My husband ordered the hibachi supreme with garlic butter on everything. That too was delicious.
