The chicken fried rice, however, lacked something and tasted a little bland. We were also not offered the hot green tea after the meal that was on the menu as included. The sushi menu is not that extensive but who goes to Benihana for sushi? You go for the hibachi. Our chef put on a great show. He interacted with the customers and was very entertaining. The onion volcano/train never gets old for me. Our server, Phorn, is awesome. He was very attentive and funny. I ordered the hibachi tuna steak, rare. It was delicious! Prepared just the way I like it. My husband ordered the hibachi supreme with garlic butter on everything. That too was delicious.
