Some of the cooks are more animated and engaging than others as far as the entertainment, but they all seem to know how to cook.
I do not like that they are now adding The "suggested tip" to the bill. At first glance it could be missed with patrons tipping on top of the tipped total. The food was fabulous and our chef Eduardo was very entertaining! My 2 children were fascinated by his spatula and knife skills! The servers were very attentive and kept our drinks full at all times. He really entertained the kids as well as the adults. I loved how we (the guest ) were able to interact with each other as well as with the chef. Although a little more dining space would have been nice, but the service helped accommodate by clearing used dishes almost immediately. I will definitely recommend it to others.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMWe just went to celebrateWe just went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was our first time in Benihana, my husbands first time in a Hibachi table, great experience for both,the monthly special was a great choice as for good food and value, great service, great food and even when we had a couple with a toddler and a baby sharing the table with us, their kids were so distracted by the cooking show that you couldn't even say you had kids at the table. We went there for my husband's birthday celebration. Neither of us had been there in years and our kids (7 & 9) had never been. The staff was great (from the hostess, wait staff and chef at our table). Our kids are quite picky eaters but they each found one thing that they liked. I honestly think their favorite was the ice cream that they received at the end of their meal.

I would suggest to bring a group of people. They will seat you by groups of
8 people regardless if you came together or not.So you will end up eating

The staff is was great and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I would recommend for groups or just people wanting some really good food more than if you want a romantic date because you may be seated at a table with other people because they prepare your food right in front of you.
