We have had one bad experience with a server here, once, and were a little apprehensive about coming back. By the looks of things, this unprofessional person is no longer working here.
Our server this time was friendly and attentive. Mistakes were made, but I would rather have a server who has a good attitude, notices her own mistakes and works to correct them. Too many customers are quick to dwell on the mistakes and don't acknowledge any attempts to correct them.
