Benihana - CincinnatiBirthday DinnerThe overall experience was good. It was a little noisy in the main dining room, but the restaurant was busy. Our Chef was trying to be interactive (Jaime) but it was difficult to hear him over the crowd. The servers were prompt, courteous and friendly. My wife and I have dined at Benihana previously and have no reason not to return in the future. My friends said that they got a Happy Birthday song and a picture. Did we have to request that? Also we had to wait on a table even though I had a reservation. We were waiting on the last 2 people to arrive but when they did we still had to wait 10 minutes. The problem that I had with the service is that I ordered a glass of water and never did get it and my sister ordered a drink but didn't get it until the end of the meal. I know they were busy and it was hard to hear but I was disappointed in the service.
