    The only negative is the timing. Our reservation was for 6:30, we weren’t sat at our table until almost 7:00, didn’t have drinks until almost 7:30 and food until 8. The food was fantastic, but the length of time it took was a big disappointment.

    Had an incredible birthday dinner at Benihana in Chandler! I’ve been here dozens of times over the years, but this visit stood out as the best one yet — all thanks to our server and chef, KC. He was upbeat, funny, and had some truly original jokes that kept our whole table smiling. His cooking skills were top-notch — I had the filet and chicken with chicken fried rice, and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. I also used the $30 birthday credit, which was a great bonus, but what really made the night special was KC’s energy and talent. He made the experience feel personal and memorable. Hands down, KC is the best server we’ve ever had at Benihana.

    Party of four were very rude and let their kids sit on the end table before asking the other two parties if that was OK as far as a seating arrangements went.

    Chef Maury was awesome! The waitress helping was so sweet and so very on top of everything we needed without us asking. Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday dinner.

    DONT WASTE YOUR TMONEY OR TIME! BETTER EXPERIENCES AND FOOD AT WAFFLE HOUSE! 1: HORRIBLE SERVICE! Held/served drink/flatware by the rim. Never checked for drink refills, left empties plates/etc on table. The grill chef(who was the only good part of this visit)eventually had to find him! I did not tip him, which is saying al lot as a former server. 2:DO NOT GET THE CHICKEN FRIED RICE! It isn’t good. The extra $7 is not indicated on the menu; if it was it was not clearly noticeable! Total scam! 3: THE WHOLE PLACE WAS NASTY. If I had seen the bathroom before I paid, we would have left before sitting down! Smelly, peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet. So noisy we had to shout to talk. 4: THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE FELT RUSHED. I barely got through half of my plate before I was asked if I wanted a box.
