We ordered shrimp and he did not add them to our order as well as an extra fried rice bowl. The other group at our table was also missing two items and they had a hard time selecting a proper wine because the server was not that knowledgable.

We ate at the original one on Taylor Street in San Francisco, until it moved to Post Street in The City. We still ate there until it was more convenient to eat at the Burlingame location when that was built. The food is always super yummy, the younger kids are completely entertained, and remain in their seats. The chefs are interactive.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The greeters, waiters, and waitresses have always been friendly. The chefs as well, were entertaining and of course, good cooks. The seafood and steak are always cooked to perfection. Our chef had a great personality and the kids were entertained.The only suggestion I would have is to try and do something about the small gnats on the window. We were fortunate to have a great view and realize that the location is right by the water. However seeing all of these little gnats flying around the window while we were eating was unappetizing. Otherwise the service and experience was nice.

The service was superb just as we had expected. On this visit, we were celebrating my birthday and my two sons were with me. We ordered two of Rocky's Choice, which was a steak and chicken combo and a Spicy Hibachi Chicken. We've ordered these items before and was really impressed in the past so we ordered them again on this visit.
Although the food was very tasty, as had been in the past, the portion size seemed noticeably smaller this time. We had also ordered an extra side order of the chicken fried rice.
