Although he entertained us with the usual Benihana routine, I was more focused on the taste of the food. He did an excellent job of cooking as everything was well seasoned and cooked to order. We had a very nice cook, and our waitress was outstanding! She seemed well trained and very attentive. The food was delicious, and we are looking forward to returning for our birthday celebrations, again this year. We had several folks who didn't show up so we squished around one table and the staff was very kind and appreciative. They were very attentive in every way to our group and made the PERFECT suggestions for appetizers. It was a great night. He did some "tricks" that I have never seen before. The best part was when he flipped a shrimp tail into my 11-year-old birthday girl's full glass of lemonade! That was hilarious! The food was expertly prepared with attention to detail. I've been going to Benihana's for years, and have never had such an enjoyable experience as this particular night.
