Seated at reservation time of 12:30 at outside table (wall to our backs) which was good so the 5 kids ages 10 to 2 could get up walk around without getting into anyone's way. Our chef was funny, entertaining and good. The filet melted in your mouth and I couldn't get enough fried rice or shrimp. Service was the best I've had lately. The salad is crisp and fresh. Seasoning is lighter than competitors which really means less unhealthy sodium. Guilt free dinner out. The food prep was entertaining, but there were several slips and dropping of utensils - I think the preparer was new. The food was very, very good. Management dropped by and asked how everything was and he was very nice. I would go back for a special occasion.
