Benihana - AlpharettaQuality, healthy ingredientsTypical hibachi service but better than others. Meats and seafood seem to be higher grade and portions are larger. The salad is crisp and fresh. The food prep was entertaining, but there were several slips and dropping of utensils - I think the preparer was new. The food was very, very good. Management dropped by and asked how everything was and he was very nice. I would go back for a special occasion.
