I had pan seared halibut; the best halibut I have ever tasted - cooked simply and not overly flavoured by herbs which let the sweetness of the fish come through The list is notable in that it is well priced and restricted to local well made wines. Everything about the place was outstanding. Food was amazing. My wife and I did the table d'hote with wine pairings, and will definitely do it again. Only reason service got 4 stars was due to us being seated, followed by another group being seated about 2 minutes after us, yet the other group got their order taken first. Thankfully, that was the only service blunder of the evening and the wait staff was friendly and polite and every course came out quickly after the previous.
