"Good food and large portions. We were seated by a large party with 5 small children when there were other areas of the restaurant open. We also had a new waitress and we were overcharged for drinks. Restaurant decor of dried flowers looked like they had once been live flower arrangements and just left to wilt."

"For an Italian restaurant we found the food to be very bland. The waiter delivered the wrong food to our table. One of the items was the special and when told it was wrong the waiter tried to convince us that it was the special for the night. One of the lines on the restaurant web site speaks to the owners picking out the best food items but that is a sad statement if indeed true. This is a large restaurant and it seemed the emphasis was on getting food out quickly and turning over tables."

"We had an excellent experience at Bella Vita one we found the restaurant in the cluster of downtown mall restaurants. The address is listed as Maryland St., but the entrance is actually off Illinios St.
Our server, Courtney, was attentive without being intrusive. Our appetizer was served quickly, although a little coler temperature than I expected for fried mozzarella. Our entrees were served promptly without being rushed. Both entrees were delicious. They have an extensive wine list. We will make the effort to eat here again next year on our annual Indy trip."

"The service was wonderful and she was very pleasant. The lasagne was fabulous. The whole experience was quite delightful and would highly recommend this place to others."
