The lobster roll appetizer was one of the best things we have eaten in Cincinnati and the scallops were perfectly prepared. Our server was polite and amazing. The manager came buy to make sure everything went well but not in the annoying way where they interrupt your conversation and annoys you at so many places. We greatly enjoyed Mother's Day brunch. Our server, Nikki, was extremely friendly and always made sure our drinks were filled and dishes were cleared. The food was very good... Considering they only serve brunch twice a year! The atmosphere was very comfortable, with jazz music and the sounds of families enjoying themselves. That happens at Bella Luna. Service was very prompt and personal. The prosciutto wrapped asparagras appetizer was done very well and was very tasty. The main courses were definitely above average. The egg plant parmesan was done just as it should be--not mushy and not too firm. The lobster and crab ravioli were excellent. This was our first time at Bella Luna. The atmosphere was purely happy and festive, people enjoying their meal with friends and family. Our server; Halle, was friendly and very efficient. An
added was a greeting from Harry to top off a great night. This place has always been found to e friendly and fun. We will definitely be back.

We've been to most of Cincinnati's best rated restaurants, with few impressing us. Bella Luna is fabulous on every level. The food is addictive and broad in choices. The service and freindliness of the staff is always over the top. The ambience is quaint enough for a very romantic evening, yet the atmosphere is casual enough to be relaxing. I had read many great reviews of Bella Luna before our first and like this one they all still fell short of the whole experience. We got online and found this place! Loved it. We had the prime rib cannelloni. Oh my God!!!!!!!!!! It was pure Heaven in the mouth....delicious. Our server Hallie was wonderful as well. She made our dining experience there as good as it gets. We will recommend this place to all we know. One of the best meals I've ever had. We will be seeing you again. We live in Blanchester Ohio and the long drive was worth it. We had reservations for 8:00pm and got seated as soon as we got there. Thank you again. On a Saturday night it was a bit more noisy, and the live entertainment added to the noise level. Luckily we were not too close to the entertainment or we would not be able to converse. Still, the service was excellent, and the waitress made sure we understood the dishes that won at the Taste of Cincinnati. Since my companion's birthday was upcoming in a couple of days, the restaurant gave us a $10 gift certificate. This was a nice gesture. We planned on returning at a future date regardless. The food is amazing! The Prime Rib Cannelloni and the bread pudding are so delicious. They are our favorite dishes. We have never had anything but wonderful meals at Bella Luna. THe staff is friendly and very informative. We recommend it to everyone! We selected Bella Luna and were not disappointed. What a unique and wonderful restaurant! Service was very friendly and the food was unbelievable. As part of their anniversary celebration they were offering tapas-sized portions of several of their most popular dishes, so we got to try a lot of different things, which was great because otherwise it would have been so hard to decide what to get. We all had a great time and I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Cincinnati. One quick note, the GPS could not find the restaurant, so be sure to Mapquest it if you don't know where it is.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMSpecials at a special placeWe were escorted to our table by the owner who explained the special offer to celebrate the restaurant's anniversary. We took advantage by having two small plates of their specials which then included a salad. Service was warm but not chatty, which I like.
The decor is not as polished as the food, but it does create an atmosphere that is old-world with deep tones of blue and a splash of purple added.

The scallops wrapped in pancetta and the prime rib cannelloni were outstanding!! If you don't know what to order, you can't go wrong with either of these. The chicken fiorentina was nothing special though. We also ordered eggplant meatballs as an appetizer, which were a vegetarian delight. Delicious! And the bread pudding was also outstanding - the best I've had. If not for the fiorentina, I would've easily given this place 5 stars for food. The seating was comfortable and decor was nice. We received exemplary service. The waitress was prompt.
