"I hope the wait staff was having a bad day, they were rude. They took a plate away while my friend was taking a bite. They put the bill down without asking if we would like anything else. My friend traveled from Holland for our visit and she was shocked at the awful treatment we received. I don't want to warn off members of our travel group, but I will share our story with them."

"So glad we came here for dinner. The food was excellent. I had halibut and you could taste the ocean it was so fresh! Nice preparations, the staff was accomodating and pleasant. I would return anytime I am in Port Angeles. I prefered this restaurant to a more expensive one nearby."

"Nice restaurant, comfortable decor, upscale dining. Have eaten at Bella Italia several times when passing through town. Meals are always very good, tasty, large portions. Service is always very good, servers work together to provide patrons a very enjoyable dining experience. For a consistently good meal with excellent service, give Bella's a try."

"Very enjoyable, food was very good with a nice presentation, friendly, but unobtrusive service, excellent flavors with local organics used. Lighting was subdued which was very relaxing, no noisy clanging to discourage good conversations!"

"A nice basic menu with something for everybody. We enjoyed the flash fried calimari antipasti (not breaded and fried like most places), I had the chicken breast saltimbocca, and my no-adventures-when-it-comes-to-food husband had spagetti and meatballs. Flavors were exciting and well balanced. I'm still dreaming of the chicken saltimbocca... We were particularly happy to see the variety of ultra-local fish, crab and vegetables (thank you Nash's Organic Produce!!). We hadn't been there for years, but we enjoyed it so much that I think it will be one of our regular haunts. Oh, and the Meyer Lemon cheese cake had an outstanding flavor and texture. The crust was a little thick, but that's just a minor distraction in an otherwise fantastic meal."
