I enjoyed the food. Roast beef was tender and delicous. Salad and fruit great. My husband did not like the way omelets were prepared. Too much oil, not cooked enough and veggies not sauted. Danish were stale.

The experience was quite positive, the restaurant has been completely renovated and is now beautiful, bright and airy. The service was very good and the waiter was quite friendly and helpful. The bread put on the table was delicious! Very crusty and warm. There were three of us and we all ordered different dishes; polenta, risotto, and chicken cacciatore with rigatoni. I sampled everything and there wasn't a miss in the group. The risotto was very flavorful, with the rice cooked just right with nice sized shrimp adding to the flavor. The sauce for the chicken cacciatore was hearty with good sized pieces of chicken throughout, served over al dente rigatoni, and last but not least, the polenta was wonderful, the ultimate comfort food!

There is no real understanding of service at this restaurant. No one offers to take your coats as you carry them from the bar with your drinks which they also do not offer to take from you and carry to the table. Only one other table in the restaurant and we waited more than 15 minutes for a salad and a cold appetizer. Plates were not cleared until we requested. When drinks were served, the empty ones remained. We waited another 15 minutes or so for them to figure out how to ring a check using 2 credit cards. In the meantime my mother went to leave and struggled with the front door and her hands full while 3 staff members, including management, stood not 2 feet away at the hostess stand and watched her. It was a terrible experience.

A great Valentine's Day dinner with very good service and very good food. I don't know if they have live music every night but they had a band that night playing a variety of music.
The entire staff, including the valets, were very courteous and made you feel welcome.
It was a wonderful feeling to have a 'New York' quality restaurant be so close to home while offering 'New Jersey' pricing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion without the traffic and haggle of the city.

Lovely, upscale restaurant in the heart of Hackensack. I love to dance and the entertainment was on point. The food was very good. The wine list was outstanding and reasonably priced as were my pre- dinner cocktail. Will definitely recommend them to my friends

Came here for Valentine's Day. They sat us down and we got no service for half an hour. The food when we finally got it was really salty. WE was there unwantingly for 2 hours cause of the poor service. Food was definitely not worth the price tag. I would however give the place another shot.

Marrone's 160 has very good tasting food. Wide selection of wine. Small dance floor. Live music. Nice bar area. I didnt see the second floor. But it looks very exclusive. They offer tours of it if your interested. Johnny Marrone owner and host is a great friendly person. Top notch waiters. Good price. Valet parking is a breeze. Coat check. The whole deal, this place is great. Very Italian atmosphere. I will go back.
