This food was without any flavor. The Dan Dan noodles tasted purely of chili oil. There was no development of flavor at all. The kung Pao chicken was overly sweet, as though only hoisin was used in the sauce. These are just two examples of an array of bad dish.es we got to pay for. You would be better off going to Panda Express. I am not exaggerating.

I really did not appreciate needing to wait for the waitress to acknowledge that we were there. we had to wave her over when we wanted to order, ever time we wanted water, when we wanted the check. Please make sure they are trained to be attentive. Please clean all the dust off the wall decoration and paint the walls. they look tired and used The chicken curry had very little chicken and what seemed to be a lot of artificial hot sauce. Didn't appreciate i had to pay extra for rice.

Arrived at the restaurant and the hostess was a piece of work. Annoying and pretty much an airhead. She spent more time talking to her coworker who had just finished working than doing her job. The food quality is great. The handmade noodles are a must. If ur lucky you can watch how they are made by hand every two hours. Overall a really good experience minus the hostess. Robert our server was friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke Cantonese so he and the wife chatted non stop. If you love or like noodles this place is a must.

As a local, I had looked forward to eating here for quite some time. I was disappointed from the get-go. The atmosphere tries to be trendy, but it just ends up feeling chaotic. The food was rather lackluster and my husband's soup was served lukewarm Will not be returning.

Restaurant was very trendy looking and bright. We went with a group of 10, and tried to make our way through the menu. Loved the lazy susan on the table, so we figured we'd all order together and share....a little help from the server would have been nice! We weren't sure how much to order, or what sort of noodle, etc., and pretty much just got a blank stare when we asked questions. Also, food arrived at all different times, rather than all the main dishes being brought out together, which was weird when you have such a large group and one little plate of food is set down for all of you!

It was quite a disappointment. 3 year ago, I felt in love with this noodle shop. I was eating here every day for 4 days. It was a great treat after a day long conference. This year, the service was very slow and the food was no longer what I love before. The beef noodle was plain (quality of meat was much worse) and smaller in portion even though slightly more expensive. Beef pancake was dry and hard. The expanded menu likely did not help the restaurant that used to be a specialty noodle shop.

And let us switch it out for the chow mein, it was....just kinda alright. Overall terrible last night in Vegas dinner!

I came here to try the hand tossed noodles with the tomato and egg sauce. Granted I came there right when it opened at 11, but they had no eggs to make the sauce. Instead I had to opt for, Xiao Long Bao and Har Gow. Portions are a good side. Har Gow is larger than most dim sum places. XLB was more doughy than I like. Paid $40/person for lunch so not cheap.

Book for 6 on open table. Got it! But when arrived at the diner, they insisted I am required to book 2 hours prior. Had to enforced them to give me seats if they don't want to see Cesar hotel management. I don't recommend this diner if you are hungry, food here are rubbish. You can make them yourself at home.

We often enjoy this light and airy restaurant. Our favorite is the noodles with combo of beef, pork, and chicken, but the fried rices and pan-fried dumplings are also delicious. The white, lacy looking decor is a nice bright contrast to most darker Las Vegas restaurants. Enjoy!

Hostess was pleasant and seated us right away. Waiter was slow to get to table and then again to take our order. He was unable to answer questions I had about 2 of the dishes and simply recommended I order one of them instead of informing me and letting me decide. When my wife ordered a noodle dish, he did not give her a choice of what style of noodles she wanted, instead saying the dish came of soba noodles even though that was not on the menu. The manager eventually cleared our plates and gave us our bill. My seasonal vegetable dish had very large chunks of veggies that were difficult to eat without a knife and were swimming in sauce. There did not seem to be the variety of veggies in the dish as described in the menu.

The ambiance at the restaurant had an understated elegance to it - it wasn't overly decorative, neither was it too bland. The same goes for the food. They were able to nail the spice levels and the food was fresh and tasty. Every dish we ate was unadulterated Chinese food - with the right mix of sea food, poultry and meat. Quantities are pretty good - so make sure you have a good appetite when you go and the food isn't cheap. This isn't your average Chinese restaurant and it comes at a price as well. However, in Vegas on a big occasion, the food is well worth the price.

Server forgot my, only brought food for one person and didn't ask for 10 minutes why I had no food. Chow mein noodles were good but my boyfriend's dish was basically chicken fingers which one wouldn't expect to be served at a restaurant like this. The atmosphere is cool and watching the chef make the noodles is an experience, but considering this is supposed to be the #2 best chinese cuisine in las vegas, it was very disappointing. Maybe with a different server and different dish it would be better.

We ate dinner at Beijing Noodle Bar with our 2 kids and had a great meal. My kids love dumplings and they finished 2 orders between us. There is a typical Chinese food menu with several different kids of noodles and dumplings. All the food tasted very fresh compared to the typical Chinese food we normally get at home. The flavors were all good but slightly different than what we are use to. Maybe these are more authentic versions than the americanized version of Chinese food that we are used to. Prices were also higher but your in a hotel so no surprise, although $4.00 for small bowl of Jasmine Rice is kind of a lot when most places will include white rice with your entree. Great meal! We will eat there again!

The food was decent and the place itself was nice but service was horrible. Never was offered a refill on my drink even when it was empty when the food was doped off. I had to ask another server for a refill. We were done about 15 minutes trying to get anyone's attention for our check before our server came over to see if there was anything else she could do. I wanted to remark that if she did anything it would be wonderful. We paid and left. No goodbyes from the staff. Have walked by this place several times over my stays in Vegas and now after this experience I will continue to keep walking.

Our family enjoyed a good meal here. We especially enjoyed a noodle soup with the hand stretched noodles. We had never had them before and truly enjoyed them - even my 4 year old son loved them and wouldn't eat anything else that we had ordered. Our whole fish (flounder) was good and our crispy beef dish was ok. Our son also loved viewing their fish tanks, too - perfect entertainment for a young one. Fun decor, too.

Went to this restaurant for dinner and were expecting more of a dining "experience". The decor is very modern with very bright lighting (office-like bright). The tables and chairs are cafeteria-like. Seems more like something that would be in an up-scale mall food court. The service is typical Chinese: take your order, food comes in 10 minutes while your still eating your appetizer, bill comes before you finish your plate, they begin clearing table as your getting our of your seat. Staff is friendly. Best suited for lunch or for their take-out orders. Our bill was about $34 each with tip so a bit pricing considering we had only 1 single beer on our bill.

The decor was beautiful and the server's uniform were very smart and professional but, the service was the absolute worse. A middle aged woman without any etiquette approached us with not so much as a greeting to take our order as though she was doing us a favor and how dare us to ask where our water was when we had already ordered. Her reply "its on its way".Ooops, but she's the making and deliviering the drinks how can they be on there way? We ordered two noodle dishes and buns as an appetizer and no plates were given to eat them off of. ( Maybe she thought we were animals)( I don't think so we were nicely dressed)I would think servers are taught etiquette but, apparently not in this establishment.

Terrible service from start to finish. Soup and appetizers came out 25 minutes after the entree. 2 of our party had finished their meal by the time the other 2 of use received theirs. Made a comment to the waiter and was told that there are two seperate kitchens, so that's just part of it. No apology, nor did they seem to care. Food was decent and restaurant itself is pretty cool inside. I think there are too many other Asian restaurants to waste a meal here.
