Wild Thyme is a dining concept from Society 8 Hospitality Group, a full-service restaurant and events company. Society 8 has launched several successful restaurant concepts including Sistrunk Marketplace & The House on the River. At Wild Thyme, guests will enjoy stunning, panoramic oceanfront views to accompany their fresh caught ocean and farm raised main land offerings. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly made the night exceptional was the combination of phenomenal food and impeccable service. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor — clearly made with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The menu offered a great variety, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. It’s rare to find a place where every course feels like the highlight, but this was one of those rare gems. Our server, Ana, was outstanding. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and made wonderful recommendations. Her friendly, professional demeanor added a personal touch that really elevated the whole experience. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch cuisine and service that makes you feel like a VIP, I highly recommend this spot — and be sure to ask for Ana!

                                                          You can't beat the atmosphere and view at this location. However, the Easter brunch was not that great. Stations weren't open on a timely basis and the food was average. Server was nice but must have had too many tables to service, even for a buffet. Value is not there for what they charge for their brunch.
