When we arrived, the restaurant was about 25% full, with lovely music and a relaxed ambiance. The cocktails were delicious, the food arrived quickly and was stupendous. The portions were on the smaller side, but still reasonable and very good. By 9pm a DJ arrived, the music volume increased from to very loud, and large tables of middle aged men and women arrived from New Jersey to have a boisterous night on the town. When the host started sharing shots with the tables, it was time to go. It was all a little too much, and the contrast between the time we arrived and the time we left was significant. We were the first people there so at first we thought....no one is coming. BUT it filled up. It was fun and energetic with a lot of people. By Noon the bar and restaurant was packed. Our waiter was great.
