We were seated right away, but then our server didn't come for at least 20 minutes. when we did get a service attention, they seems disoriented and disorganized. We got our food very quickly which was nice, we order the crab cakes and beach house burger. The burger was good and the crab cakes were filled with tasty crab, but they did not have a lot of crab in them. Overall, it could have been better.

We enjoyed the scenic setting of restaurant being on Lake Washington. Our server was very friendly and prompt. We were disappointed in the food we had for lunch. Also our tea tasted like old coffee grounds, please do not use coffee containers to hold hot water for tea. Our lunch salads had issues. The chop-chop sald lacked taste and salt. Ceasar was over drenched. If you want a view, they have great ones.

Most importantly: Great view of Lake Washington. 3-tiered floor plan gives lots of tables a great view. Excellent, super friendly service from Annabelle. She offered to split our orders when she heard us discuss that we would share our plates. Let me tell you, there was plenty for each of us. My rating is a little complicated, so bear with me. On a scale of 1-5 for great-tasting, I would only give it a 3 1/2 because the flavors lacked refinement. But on a scale of 1-5 for a great-tasting breakfast or brunch, I would give it a solid 5. I say this because I've found that a really tasty breakfast or brunch that doesn't break the bank is hard to find. Will I be back? Definitely, all the way from Seattle and that is saying something.

We really enjoyed the view of the lake while having brunch! There is limited parking in front of the restaurant and also a parking lot across the street which is nice because street parking is hard to find. Both of us had crab benedict with lots of crab on it! (Could have used some more hollandaise sauce.) The breakfast potatoes were delicious. Would go back again.

Went here with friends before a concert. It was OK. Food was fast and service was fine (although not particularly friendly). The menu is very diverse - which was slightly scary it was so diverse. There's no way a restaurant can be that good at so many different varieties of food. Overall it did the job, but the only thing we were impressed with was the scenery.

We visited the Beach House Bar and Grill on a busy Saturday night. Lucky for us, we were able to get our order in before 50 teens arrived for their homecoming dinner. The service was great. Our server Daniel was very attentive, the food came out quickly, and the sunset view was spectacular. The only downside was that the Chop Chop salad I ordered did not have any flavor, had to ask for some Ranch dressing in order to eat it. Redeeming factor was the delicious Creme Brûlée. I would recommend this place for the ambience and great service.

I work in the finance industry and the Big Boss was in town from VA. My colleague and I needed a spot with a great vibe and view, but not too boisterous. We narrowed our choices down and ended up choosing the restaurant with the most parking (a la the grapevine). We received a pleasant welcome, then we were offered a waterside table. things I liked: - The menu was concise, but diverse. - We all enjoyed our meals. - Our server (Taylor?) was attentive, but she didn't hover. Overall, it was a great end to the work day, and Bossman really enjoyed it. I plan on taking some co-workers next time :)

The waiter was fantastic. While, both my guest and I can take some responsibility for not knowing each of us were there for a business meeting, the front desk might have had a couple signs ... As I entered 25 minutes early, I gave my name and was sat in the dining room. I told the young lady that I was waiting for a gentlemen to arrive at Noon. His name was Joe. I also mentioned this to my server. I waited to order until 12:30, checking the lobby on two different occasions. Joe walked in at 11:50am. Quickly scanned the dining room and sat in the lobby for 20 minutes, before leaving.

I'm a diner who values the view and ambience over the food, which is why I chose this restaurant. The food, however, was very good, and the menu had something for everyone, and at reasonable prices. The view of Lake Washington and the adjacent park makes for a very pleasant dining experience.

Our group's reservation was at 7, we were seated promptly. Our server greeted us after a while and told us the specials, and took our drink orders... they couldn't make the drinks we ordered and they were out of the bottle of wine we wanted. Upon ordering dinner we were told they were out of the special we wanted. So we had a couple of appetizers and some very average dinners...not plated well . We decided to order another bottle of wine...then we were told they couldn't serve it because it was too close to closing...in other words hurry up and get out because we want to close up!!! We were very surprised... so out we went to another restaurant in the area... where we'll go in the first place next time!

I specified outdoors when making rsvp (I understand no guarantee) but they didn’t even mention it. We forgot our jackets so ok, they offered a table by the window. Problem was that 2 umbrellas on the outside patio completely obstructed our view. Since the sun was setting we asked for the umbrellas to be closed and I watched the person we asked hand it off to someone else who handed it off to someone else who completely ignored the request. Service was poor and food took WAY too long. Food was ok, but my wine was sour. The waitress replaced my wine but when we FINALLY got the bill she charged us for both glasses. She quickly corrected but by then the experience was a bust and we just wanted to leave. Don’t plan to go back.

Went on a date night as my boyfriend recently came back from bootcamp for USMC, I told him I had cash to leave the waitress a tip, I accidentally forgot to leave it (to the waitress I am truly sorry). I also forgot my phone and came back to get it, the hostess handed me my phone and told me with disrespect, "you should tip your waitress next time". I do not appreciate being told that for I feel customers should not be treated like that. I tried to make up for my mistake by leaving my tip with the hostess and she told me, "don't worry about it". I appreciate that they had my phone, but the way they talked to me because I forgot my tip (a complete accident) is the reason alone I won't go back- I will give my business AND tip elsewhere.

We have dined here many times and all have been enjoyable. The strength in this restaurant is the service, friendly and efficient from the hostess to the servers. The view of course is fabulous and outdoor dining, though limited, in the summer is amazing. The food is good but nothing special. This time for dinner I had the salmon which was a little overcooked and dry but the crispy potatoes were great. The costs are reasonable and the bar/wine list is great so a definite recommend if you are not going for gourmet food but hitting the mark on all other things.

We arrived with reservations for a party of 4. All of us are fit and trim, but the table that we were seated at required us to squeeze in tightly and was only set for three. We had to ask twice for a 4th menu and place setting to no avail, finally grabbing a menu and place setting from an empty table nearby after 10 minutes. Aside from taking our order, delivering the food and the check, we were never once visited by our server during the entire meal, leaving us to suck on ice from our empty glasses. Ridiculous.
