We have dined here many times and all have been enjoyable. The strength in this restaurant is the service, friendly and efficient from the hostess to the servers. The view of course is fabulous and outdoor dining, though limited, in the summer is amazing. The food is good but nothing special. This time for dinner I had the salmon which was a little overcooked and dry but the crispy potatoes were great. The costs are reasonable and the bar/wine list is great so a definite recommend if you are not going for gourmet food but hitting the mark on all other things.

Came here last night for my last dinner home with my boyfriend before I'm off to college and it was definitely a great choice. The food was hands down amazing, prepped perfectly, great appearance, had lots of flavor and good sized portions. The atmosphere was nice for on the water, it was peaceful, employees were nice and waitress was helpful. I recommend this restaurant!

Great location and unfortunately there aren't more places like this for waterfront dining. But the food was very average. We went there to spend a summer Friday evening near the water, but I won't be dying to go back unless I'm in that kind of mood again.

We arrived with reservations for a party of 4. All of us are fit and trim, but the table that we were seated at required us to squeeze in tightly and was only set for three. We had to ask twice for a 4th menu and place setting to no avail, finally grabbing a menu and place setting from an empty table nearby after 10 minutes. Aside from taking our order, delivering the food and the check, we were never once visited by our server during the entire meal, leaving us to suck on ice from our empty glasses. Ridiculous.

We decided last minute to go for lunch, they were busy but not packed. It was a beautiful day so we sat on the patio. The burger is amazing!! I had the teriyaki chicken salad, it was great!! Try the ice cream sandwich, it's big enough to share...or not :)

We go maybe 4 times a year & its a favorite. Lunch looking out at the lake & if you need a 'just enough' lunch split the Seafood Salad, there plenty for 2 & they serve split plates. My choice is their Paella. Its as good as it gets!

We had never been to the Beach House, and decided to try because of easy lake access, and plentiful boat moorage. My husband had the salmon dinner. The salmon was good, but the potatoes were raw. I had the seafood salad. The salmon was over-cooked and dry. I asked for my salad dressing on the side, which the food server forgot to bring with my salad. I reminded him, and he forgot again. We also ordered two sides of crab cakes, which were fabulous, and some of the best we have tasted. We came with another couple, but the restaurant was so loud, that it was hard to have a conversation.

Food and view are very good, but reservation was delayed and stuck in the bottom of the bar was a bit off. We were entertaining guest from England and were a bit disappointed by how it was all handled. We have been many times and will again, but probably not for dinner or with others. All the meals were good from the Seafood Cobb to the Chicken with milk gravy.

We came for happy hour on a bright, hot Monday evening after golf. It started out shaky, with no parking in front, but we learned there was another lot down the street and didn't mind the walk. The view is beautiful and the service was outstanding. We women ordered the salmon sliders with a glass of wine and both of us thought they were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the salmon. My husband enjoyed the cold beer and beef tenderloin tips, but our fourth had the orange chicken and said it was "pretty lousy." We should have skipped dessert--a creme brulee that was just okay--therefore the 4 stars instead of 5 for food. All in all, we liked the place and will come back.

My wife ordered her steak medium rare and it came well done. When we sent it back the new steak came purple and cold in the middle as if the chef were making a statement. Service was mediocre at best, just not a friendly vibe at all, more like we were lucky to be there. Was very disappointed.

I come here often (at least once a week) with my two daughters 10 and 11. They have a great kids menu. We look forward to when the fix the air conditioning as that has been most unpleasant during my past two visits. We do miss the "placemat" kids menu that comes with crayons. Not a deal breaker. Would recommend to a friend for food and view.

Dinner was good, the special of the day (Halibut) was excellent. Fish and chips where average at best. Outdoor dining was OK, really not a lot of ambiance. Also, need better placement of the umbrellas to provide more shade (but I guess that's a personal preference). Waitress was pretty poor (maybe new), wasn't very well up to date on what was being offered.

We met for lunch to celebrate a friend's retirement and birthday. Four of us. As requested in my reservation, we were seated at a window. Enthusiastic, warm and attentive server. Two of us had the clams w/ pesto - much enjoyed. My salmon was grilled perfectly. Fish 'n chips - chips a bit over-fried, but still tasty. All in all, much enjoyed. Definite lunch recommendation.

My boyfriend and I were just looking for a new outdoor place to eat given the fabulous Seattle weather we've been having. We chose BeachHouse because it was on my Passport discount card but ended up in the bar for their all day Monday happy hour. Even though we weren't outside we had great views of the water, park, and volleyball games. I loved the quirky restaurant design and there was plenty of outdoor tables had we stuck with our original plan. The food and drinks were delicious, I recommend the pork tacos and sticky wings. Service was slow and inconsistent but luckily we weren't in a rush. We will definitely go back.

I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, the location is great with a water front view. But it's really hard to eat without a fork and it took so long to get such a simple item (over 15 minutes) our food was cold by the time we were actually able to eat it. That said, I would go back just keep in kind it's more bar than restaurant in terms of service.

We enjoy the walk to this local restaurant, and its close proximity to both the lake (with a small outdoor dining space) and a local sand volleyball court. The food is good, not great, and the people friendly. The only restroom is upstairs, so not handicapped friendly. On summer afternoons, weekdays and weekends, the restaurant is so busy and the bar so noisy that we tend not to go!

I reserved a spot for 5 which was the maximum they allowed for a reservation, strangely, but made a note that I actually had 6 coming for lunch. There was a place set for 6 when I arrived. But I asked if we could be seated outside. They scrambled to make a place for use even though they hadn't really opened their outdoor patio yet. The service was a tad slow, but I chalk that up to our being outside and way around a corner and easy to forget. But the wait staff was super friendly and pleasant. The food was wonderful. It was refreshing to be sitting right next to the lake with the waves lapping nearby. It was a great experience.
