The food was good the band was awesome, depending on time you go there is a cover charge just to go in and that pays for the band. Which both bands we saw there were absolutely awesome. I definitely recommend BB King's place but order a few drinks at a time. We arrived at 5:15, at 7:00 we were moved to a lesser table due to a larger party that was to arrive. to get in the club. This was my first visit to Memphis. However, I did visit the club twice in two days, and had dinner once. I called the restaurant to let them know and was assured by the girl on the phone it would be no problem. when we arrived they had given our table away and we were told we'd have to wait for the next available. I explained that I had called and let her know what I was told. The girl was very nice about it, asked us to wait at the bar and seated us probably within 5 minutes. Our waiter was outstanding and as always the food was great. The Memphis style ribs are phenomenal!!!! We booked our reservations to the BB King Blues Club weeks ahead and they were confirmed by email to us. When we arrived on March 26, we found out that the restaurant had given away our table to another party of four - despite the fact that the table had a reservation sign on it with our name clearly written on it. Initially, there was limited response and there was no doubt that the staff were hoping we would just go away.
