"Overall: Very good. The only objection I have is, the timing of the service was way to fast. We haven't even gotten half way through our apperitive when the appetizer was allready in front of us. there was no need for this since we had empty tables the whole evening around us."

"Eating on a Monday night, with their reduced menu and prices, with a group of 9 apparently overwhelmed the kitchen and wait staff because there were serious problems getting our food in a reasonable time and very inattentive staff. It was hard to believe it was Bay Wolf since I've had many satisfying meals there in the past."

"Fantastic dinner at Bay Wolf last night. When I lived in Oakland in the late 1980's Bay Wolf was our walkable neighborhood restaurant. I had not been back to eat there in many years. I was pleasantly surprised on what a memorable and great dinner I had there. It was my husband's birthday and we had really high expectations for finding the perfect dinner. I was convinced it could not be found. Bay Wolf delivered on all levels. They have expanded and have an enclosed outdoor eating area that was so warm on a rainy night we ate outside in comfort thanks to the radiant heating in the concrete floor and overhead heaters. I had the crispy petrale sole and the carrot soup both were excellent. Dessert I had pineapple upside down cake. Nice"

"My boyfriend had been before years ago and had very fond memories. Our dinner did not disappoint at all - the food was excellent as was the service. Now we both have great memories of a wonderful restaurant. We are looking forward to dining with you again."
