"This was the first time we've taken the family here for a holiday brunch and we were very impressed. The buffet was one of the biggest and varied we've seen, outside of Las Vegas. The food was good. No one had a complaint and we enjoyed our mimosas which were included in the price!"

"One of the BEST Breakfast Buffets w/a Huge variety. A fresh fruit selection filled w/an awesome array of anti-oxidants: blueberries,raspberries,strawberries,blackberries. Plus melons, grapes, grapefruit, bananas & a couple of different yogurts & granola topping. There is oatmeal, again w/ all sorts of toppings. My favorite is Bagels w/ creamcheese,lox & capers. The chef has a wide variety of bakery items & he even came around to the tables w/ steaming hot muffins right out of the oven! This is all on their "Continental" side,I haven't even got to the "Hot" side of the buffet table. There are various meats & biscuits w/ gravy, a vegetable frittata & homestyle pototoes. THEN order a made-to-order omelet & waffle! A comfortable setting."

"My wife and I were down to two menus, so we decided to try Basil's Kitchen for our anniversary. We had never been here, and decided to give something new a shot. While OpenTable clearly listed the restaurant at the Hilton property, I did not realize it was inside the hotel itself. That's not a negative mark; just something to consider. It was a bit dead on a Wednesday night, with only one other table in use. A few more filled throughout the evening.

Our waitress, Zoya, was very attentive and both made recommendations and described dishes in detail when asked. We both thought the food was very flavorful and well presented. The vegetarian ravioli and the surf/turf special would both be ordered again. All in all, a surprising find."

"My husband and I were very disappointed for our Valentines Day dinner at Basil's Kitchen. Our food took 45mins to be served and they got our order wrong. The food was overcooked. The staff was friendly but not accomodating. They did not queue us in on what was causing the delay or correct or order. It is rare we are disappointed when dining out so we were shocked by the disorderly restuarant. The menu was pricey, too. We do not recommend Basil's Kitchen and we would never go back."
