  • "This was our third time at Bart's (obviously we enjoyed our previous visit), but we brought a couple with us who had not previously dined there. We enjoyed the eggplant tower (complete with eggplant, tomato and swiss cheese). The steak with the brandy garlic sauce with mushrooms was perfect! We finished our meal with 2 deserts that we all shared, the chocolate mousse cake and the pistachio ice-cream which was coated in dark chocolate.....need I say more. We can't wait for our next dining experience to see what succulent treats await!"

  • "I have live in the area for over 25 years and finally decided to give it a try. Loved the decor and ambiance. Great selection of choices on the menu. Didn't really care for the food (too salty) but willing to give it another try since we found out the cook quit the day before."

  • "The chef quit. Nobody told us. The waitress took the order anyway. It took 2.25 hours from our arrival to the arrival of our entree. They were out of a few of the menu items, including the specials. Wine was good but first glass was skimpy. We wanted to hear the band during dinner, but it was too loud to hear each other talk in the bar area and too soft to hear the music in the dining area, where we sat. By the time we finished our entree, the band had all but finished playing. The food was tasty and plentiful but not prepared gourmet, like the prices and ambiance would suggest. The owner did try his best to satisfy the busy crowd, in spite of it all. The best part was the company of our friends."

  • "The restaurant is charming, it was converted from a church. The owners and staff are very friendly and make sure your dining experience is perfect. You must try the ravioli both the sweet potato and cheese, they are excellent and made fresh by the owner, Bart. We even catered our daughter's rehearsal dinner here and everyone was impressed. A true neighborhood find!!!"

  • "Celebrated my birthday at Bart's with family and dinner was outstanding! Bart sent over fresh garlic bread, on the house, with our appetizers along with a piece of birthday cake at the conclusion of our dinner. Our server was attentive and very personable. The entire staff very friendly and cordial. The bar was hoping and people were having a lot of fun. Great place for dinner, this is a go to place for us."

  • "This was our first experience with Bart's ... and it was New Year's Eve. We had 5:00 PM reservations. The menu for the evening was exceptional and the service was fabulous. Not only were the appetizers, dinners, and desserts a culinary delight, but we got to take a whole lot home, too! Good price for the quality and amount of food you get. We'll be going back real soon!"

  • "Visited Bart's as a last minute thought on New Year's Eve and to our surprise the experience was superlative! We had a 7:30 PM reservation and arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately. Loved the intimate tables and a beautifully decorated dining area. Had a cordial conversation with a couple seated next to us. The service was spot on. Ordered 2 glasses of a wonderful pinot noir, followed by an appetizer of golden calamari. The New Year's Eve Menu had a good selection and we both chose the Shrimp and Chicken Francaise served with a creamed spinach and baked potato, a great choice. We followed our entrée with a Lemon cake, Tiramisu and coffee. This was our first time at Bart's and we are looking forward to returning again."
