The waitstaff is friendly but not obtrusive. They are knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections.

We had the unique opportunity to sit in their private wine room. The room was fantastic but the service, the food and the wine were out of this world. Blair, the owner, ordered everything from the food to the wine for us and it was impeccable. What a difference pairing can make on a meal.
Blair not only picked out amazing food and wine but he gave us a tutorial - flavors, history, region and fun tidbits - of each bottle of wine he served.

We ordered the chefs tasting coupled with the wine pairing and every course was excellent. Our wait person, Grant, knew everything there was to know about each course and why it was paired with a certain wine. Grant, you are the best and we hope to dine there again soon. We drive down from the mountains and Barolo Grill is certainly worth the trip.

The goat cheese and beet salad was amazing, creative and a great pairing of flavors.
The roasted pheasant salad, a wonderful combination of greens, cheese and blueberries, awesome.
The pasta was tender and your sauces are always delicious.
Even though we wanted to order the beef, we ended up with the Duck and it was so tender and flavorful, it may become one of my new favorites.

ambiance and the food that I've tried are exemption-ally delicious. I feel like I'm in the Northern part of Italy. I've taken my Grandson, my daughter and my son in law and my girlfriend, all in different times. All of them enjoyed the food.

Barolo Grill was certainly that something special. From the communication before we arrived through the dining experience- everything lived up to the expectations we had heard about. We can't wait to come back again next year to celebrate another anniversary. The owner seated us and when we asked his favorites, he walked us through the entire menu - nice touch. Our server was good, but was slightly distracted by the busy night. (Had to ask twice for water - not a show stopper!) The food was a step above most restaurants in Denver without the pretense of some other neighborhood places.
