"Had a great time at this local, friendly bar in the small town of Occidental. The bartender was very nice and friendky. A terrifc band (Jeff Eads) was playing some good blues. There's no dance floor which is one of my preferences however the scene was so friendly and fun with good food I'll be going back soon."

"They're beer menu is great! Nice variety and they have a booklet that explains each beer which was great for a novice like me! The food was great. Real pub style menu, all their dishes went well with the different beers and the staff was really knowledgable."

"GREAT beer selection, bottles & on tap, incl Russian River's Pliney the Elder on tap, BIG bonus. The bar area was full & lively when we arrived at 6pm & going strong when we left with large groups of people arriving through the door! Certainly a fun bar atmosphere. Food was decent. It's a gastro-pub so take it for what it is, pub food. We had bbq chicken wings which were tasty. My husband had the short ribs which were less than impressive, but the gravy sauce was great as were his mashed potatoes. I had the three little pigs, (three small pulled pork sliders) with fries. Good though a bit on the greasy side. We enjoyed the experience & will absolutely be back! Not to mention it’s in the eclectic town of Occidental which is always fun!"
