Hmmm. As we were parting, I discovered he was a partner at Barbershop.
What an experience! It was one of the best meals I have had in a while. Mario remembered me and was an amazing host. The presentation of each plate was just in the online photos. The taste even more exquisite. The six course menu was unbelievable from the sweet shrimp to zitti with lamb ragu to a short rib with a sublime chocolate sauce finishing with a molecular meyer lemon sorbet.
