GO to this restaurant!!The food at Eolo is some of the best Sicilian food I have ever eaten. The pasta con sarde is delectable, the appetizers extraordinary, the dessert divine. But the place was virtually empty! Homemade pasta was wonderful and service unobtrusive but attentive. Good selection of wines. Could not believe we tasted food from our childhood. The Pasta con Sarde,as we called it,(Bucatini cu le sarde)was perfect, authentic. This time we included broccoi rabe which was so fresh and tasteful with parmeasan cheese sliced into it.
