  • Boulud at last in Boston!

    My wife and I have been looking forward to this opening for a long while. We attended opening night to check out the place and the menu, and we left very happy. The signature charcuterie plates looked great, but we chose to have a duck and fig pate that was brilliant. It didn't come with the brioche toasts I'm used to, but the house bread was good with it. The Escargot had an excellent balance of herbs, garlic and butter. We could taste every flavor in harmony. We shared an Entrecot (ribeye) served with marrow and bearneaise, along with a side of frites. The seasoning was excellent, and it was cooked perfectly. The sauce and the marrow were the "icing on the top". The espresso and gateau basque were the perfect ending. We'll be back!
