  • A nice bar. Nothing more.

A nice bar. Nothing more. Not sure why Open Table makes reservation since it is open seating. Limited menu bar food menu but it was very good. Excellent but expensive drinks.

This should be removed, it is not a real reservation. We arrived and there was no reception nor did anyone at the bar know about a reservation.

We visited the Chandelier but unfortunately after our reservation hours. My group and I have been back during our stay. We had a great time!

I'm not going to rate this. This should not be a place to make a reservation on OpenTable. There is no hostess desk to check in at and there is no one to acknowledge that you made a reservation. We were lucky enough to get a seat anyways after speaking with a manager, but my reservation about the specific table I would have liked to watch the band, and that it was a birthday celebration, went completely ignored. Take this off as an option, it is useless.

I don't even know why Open Table lists them as an option for table reservations. There is no where to check in with a hostess. They kept trying to find a manager to take my opentable reservation and seat us. I would seriously reconsider having them on your website for reservations since it does not exist. After waiting an hour for our reserved table to be ready we ended up leaving...it ruined a 40th birthday and 5 Year anniversary. Whoever owns the account with Opentable should really discuss how they honor a reservation. This is the first problem I have ever had with and Opentable recommended restaurant.

We did not eat. The ambiance is pretty, but not friendly. Because we were just a couple, even though we had made 'reservations', no seat was to be found and the wait staff did not attempt to help at all.

  • This reservation was unnecessary.

This reservation was unnecessary. There was no host and we sat where ever we wanted. It was mid-week during a slow month. You might need a reservation on a busy weekend or holiday.

  • Nobody knew we were coming...

This reservation was made on open-table, but didn't specify a restaurant. Nobody at the Cosmopolitan knew who we were or how to access the reservation. We needed to find our way to a restaurant and wait for a table. We were in a group and knew that it would be a challenge for the restaurant (any restaurant) to accomodate us with the number of conventions in town. This listing didn't work for us.

don't bother with making open table reservations... no one at the bar/lounge even know about your reservation when you get there... Once we found where to go... the lounge was beautiful and our cocktail stewart was fabulous. She was in true VEGAS attire... professional, kind and helpful. She made the experience... 2nd floor of the chandlier bar. The drinks were mediocre... 130.00 for 6 alcoholic drinks and one diet coke... one round. the lounge was not that busy... but it was only a Wednesday night. They played progressive music and... it truly was beautiful to look at... who gets to lounge inside a chandelier?
