Started off with the most wonderful beignets accompanied with home jams such as strawberry jalapeno and wild cherry bourbon--just to name a few. The lamb sausages were some of the best we have ever eaten. Our table right by the open kitchen would have been just as fabulous had only Mr. Flay been in the house. The food was incredible, and the portions were surprisingly generous given the quality of the food. Servers and busers were very attentive without hovering. Excellent experience overall. I reserved a table on the mezzanine, and it was ready even we were a half hour late. We received 2 type of bread to snack on once we ordered apps on entreeés. One of the breads was almost cornbread like. Extremely tasty. The apps was a simple thick cut bacon grilled pizza. Again tasty. For the main course she order Lambchops which she wanted to devour even the done. Myself, I ordered the chicken. Probably 1 of the best chickens I've had. The side it was served over was excellent, too. Though I can't remember what it was called.
Service was attentative. Staff was very nice, polite, and accomadating.

I had the shrimp cocktail with the tomatillo cocktail sauce - it was sweet yet spicy from the horseradish and delicious. My husband had the deviled egg with shrimp - a classic with a delicious twist. The food was delicious - expected in some ways, and just slightly unexpected in others. Everything tasted great - and that's what you want. Some twists - Snapper "Florida style" - so flavorful, but you could taste the fish and it was delisious. Asparagus chopped salad was the perfect blend of ingredients, and all stood out. Can't begin to say how good the deconstructed chocolate cream pie tasted - sadly, had to leave a few bites on the plate even after splitting it because the rest of the meal was so good. Wine suggestions were spot on. We were pre-theater, and the meal was timed perfectly to accommodate.
