My favorite is the Pad Thai Goon with fresh shrimp that is flown in daily. The dinning quarters are tight and be prepared to have a discussion with you neighbors. Our request was quickly fulfilled and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the presentation of each dish was lovely. The servers were all very knowledgeable about each of the dishes and attentive throughout the evening. The small dining rooms create and atmosphere condusive to talking with other diners. All of the people in our room had been there before and were helpful in recommending their favorite dishes. He really wants his guests to enjoy the food and works diligently at helping them understand the menu and the various preparations. Our server was a little hovering. In fact, on two occasions when we were talking with the chef at our table, she came up interrupted to see how everything was.
