  On our recent visit to Blue Hill Tavern, everything came together. Weatherwise, it was a lovely evening. We arrived quite early 5:30 on a Saturday and were seated at a lovely outdoor table upstairs. Waitress (Amber) was very nice and efficient, paying attention to the details of our drink and food choices. The view (unfortunately) is mostly buildings but Blue Hill can't control that! So our drinks were nicely prepared and the PEI mussel appetizer was quite tasty. Selected a nice white wine to accompany what we each ordered: one of the offered specials which was deliciously prepared halibut. Sides were adequate and my wife loved the brussel sprouts. No room for dessert. Overall, a very nice dining experience in Canton....More

  We have dined at a fantastic sushi restaurant in Portland, ME which me and my dining companions deemed "life changing." We wanted to give PABU a try, but expected it would not rival Miyake in Portland. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that PABU was on par with Miyake in both the innovative menu, food quality and ambience. Service was excellent and the flow of multiple small plates kept the food coming at a perfect pace. I had the tasting menu which I think is the way to go for your first visit. The "tasty spoon", ribs, wings, toro, chicken and noodles, Ken's roll, and spicy tuna sushi cone were all noteworthy and highly recommended. It was a bit pricey, but the quality and service were worth it. Looking forward to going back....More

  Great food & exceptional service! The customer service displayed by all staff was overwhelming. The NY strip was tender and flavorful and the Sea bass was done to perfection. Veggies are the typical steakhouse variety. The wine list was priced reasonably and gave a vast selection. Our server was experienced and interacting. After dinner we returned back to the well appointed lounge to listen to jazz. This alleviated the chore of finding enterainment elswhere, providing the complete entertainment experience. Again, the Customer Service displayed, cannot be overstated. The personal attention by all staff made us feel like special and welcomed guests....More
