Unfortunately, we were not informed by the hotels or by Open Table that the Sunday Brunch we reserved at The Reserve Steakhouse in Bally's was moved to Nero's Steakhouse in Caesar's. We had to search around to find out why The Reserve was not opened and where the brunch would be. Once we found it, it definitely was worth the search. The hostess was exceptionally courteous and friendly, as were the waiters and busboys. The service could not have been better. The amount of food and choices offered were unbelievable. I wish I had a bigger appetite! It was wonderful! I can't wait to go back for another brunch.

Outstanding brunch. This was the best brunch buffet we have ever been to, and we have been to the best of the best in AC since the casinos first opened (including a personal fav, the English Country Brunch. While the quantity of selections was not the largest (but more than ample just the same), the quality exceeded expectations. Look for hidden treasures, like available lobster for the pasta bar, and "entree" food selections that you order, at no extra charge, like crabcake benedict. The desserts were unbelievably good. The rare instance where desserts look beautiful and taste even better.

The Sunday Brunch at Bally's was good. The presentation was nice, most of the food was tasty and there was a nice variety. As buffets go it is a great choice certainly not worth the price if you are not a big eater. The waitstaff was excellent

I had a wonderful experience dining for brunch at the Bally's Sunday Brunch. I made a reservation and upon arrival my group was seated right away. The waiter arrived promptly to take our drink and entree selections. The brunch had an amazing assortments of food with fresh fruits, crackers and cheese, sushi, salmon, chicken, beef, french toast, seafood and more. You could also select from an entree menu where everyone in my group selected the chocolate waffle with fruit compote which was excellent. It was a miniature waffle which was just perfect considering how much food was available at the buffet. There was also a dessert table with a variety of great desserts. It was less expensive than the brunch at Caesars and was worth it.

The brunch here was really good. It is expensive for a buffet as I don't eat a lot. I was a little overwhelmed with all the food on the buffet; however, everything was fresh and some plates were cooked to order which definitely suited me just fine. The only negative is the lobster was intimation--though I suppose you can't get all you can eat lobster for $40.

Angel was an excellent server. He took care of our needs and his eye contact and communication skills were excellent. We gave him a generous tip to reward his wonderful efforts. There were two other gentlemen on his team who were very attentive as well. The presentation and food was excellent and this method of making reservations was my first experience and I really like doing it online with OPEN TABLE. Thank you so much for making my weekend at OC wonderful.

We attended Bally's Sunday brunch on Easter. I have had the brunch here before and I don't know if it was because it was a holiday and they were busier than normal, but, it took about 10 minutes for the waiter to come and take our drink orders. The food was decent and because it is in a smaller venue, you don't have to wait in huge lines. We did have to wait for them to refill some of the food more than one time. There was no shrimp for over 20 minutes. They rate at the top, because the food they have is good compared to the other buffet's in town, but, at the prices they are charging they could improve.

Best brunch in town. We are Preview regulars and waiter suggested we dine at The Reserve. We only had time for Sunday Brunch. We enjoyed the tapas style additions (wonderful chocolate Belgian style waffles and crabs Benedict). Service was very experienced and personable. Chef was available to diners and was seeking input. Definitely will be back.

The brunch at the Reaerve is the best deal in all of Atlantic City. The food is wonderful. The only thing better then the food is the staff. From the time anyone enters the Reserve till the time you leave you are treated like Royalty. Chris and Don welcome you. Chris makes the best homemade Bloody Mary's. Once you are seated Mike and Rich will be at you side for the entire service. We have rate at many famous resturants inside the Harrah's casinos across the US but the Reserve is above them all. Try it you will not be disappointed .

Best brunch in AC, by far. I assume that Sunday is more 'special' than other buffet times, so go then, with the free flowing mimosas, it is a value, and all of the food was fresh and decadent! The made-to-order pasta was my favorite, and if you like your lamb chops a little rare, just ask they will get them for you!

We had the buffet at Virginia City. I was expecting a Sunday Brunch, my husband and I were looking for the breakfast foods, which were not at the 12pm buffett. I asked the hostess if there was a different brunch at Bally and she said no. So I'm not sure why it was advertised as a brunch when it was a lunch/dinner buffet.

Not only was I not disappointed, I felt this booking was a real value. Yes, it may seem expensive, but the view, service and food made it very worth-well. For the curious, it started with coffee/tea or mamosa (and there were Bloody Mary shooters too). The breakfast items were excellent (meat & french toast selection), the seafood selection was fresh and continued to be replenished (Oysters, clams, shrimp, lobster shooters), the next section had an impressive culturally diverse selection of meats, fish, and fruit. Then, there was the "hot" station: excellent made to order egg dishes, and carved meats (beef, lamb). The pastry chef did an outstanding job & was on hand to kindly describe the variety. Her Easter display looked yoummy!

The Sunday brunch at the Reserve is the best brunch I've had anywhere, certainly in Atlantic City. The rack of lamb is exquisite, tender and perfectly seasoned. That and the unlimited lobster meat for the pasta and omelette stations alone make it worth $40+. Add in a great raw bar, eggs benedict with real crabmeat, 3-4 wonderful dinner entrees such as beef tenderloin, sushi, a gelato bar and scrumptious dessert assortment. The bottom line is you should go hungry and plan on spending 1 1/2-2 hours savoring every morsel. The staff is also fantastic, always there to refill your beverages at the perfect time, super friendly but not intrusive. If you're celebrating a birthday or other special occasion, this is the perfect spot!
