Bakehouse is a bistro with fantastic views of the Hudson offering a mix of classic French Mediterranean and locavore cuisine. We bake all our own organic breads & pastries.
Bakehouse offers a seasonal menu reflecting Philippe Bonsignour's classic French & Mediterranean cooking background… matched with seasonal offerings from the farmers market & local suppliers. Serving Bell & Evans grilled organic chicken with diable sauce & sautéed kale, classic steak au poivre, French onion soup gratin. The Bakehouse burger with farmers ricotta cheese caramelized onions & Danish Havarti is served on our house-made brioche bun.
