BakehousePerfect Brunch for Healthy Eaters! We were greeted very well by the hostess, the menu had organic healthy options, real freshly squeezed juices - loved the cucumber, apple and kale concoction. I had the lobster Benedict... perfectly prepared, the home fries were baked, not fried. Everyone's meal was terrific, the oat scone was simply delicious - topped off with a very good latte. I'll definitely be back! Thank you :)6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat spotI was here with a goup of 5 and everything was perfect from the food to the service and atmosphere. Our waitress was extremely helpful and the food was amazing. The restaurant overlooked the Hudson and it had a chilled out and relaxing vibe. I'd definitely go back.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat find on the Hudson3rd visit to this hidden gem in the W. Village. Great cozy rustic inviting atmosphere with an open airy space. It's out of the way and sits right next to Westside Hwy with great views of the Hudson river from inside. There for their happy hour and business meeting and the restaurant was just getting started. Nice drink selection and friend had a burger who said it was great. They were out of their signature pretzels, which are oh sooo good. Friendly service, great ambience, great food reasonably priced. One of those places where you can just relax, have some good quality food with friends and let time just slip by. Well worth a visit.5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat experience!Having read the mixed reviews about this restaurant, I decided to try myself, and was not disappointed. The service was friendly and good, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We'll definitively be back!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMdate nightMy boyfriend and I went for dinner - was a rainy day so wasn't that crowded, but the view of the river is awesome and the decor is industrial and cool. We loved it for our date, but would absolutely be back for daytime brunch on the weekend, especially with the water view. The waiter was extremely attentive. Overall great service and food. Also, great bar! I will absolutely go again with my boyfriend or with some friends.5/9/2013 12:00:00 AMTasty and PicturesqueBakehouse is something of a find, right now, because I could get a reservation for 10 a.m. brunch in the Meatpacking District on very little notice. And brunch was very tasty--ricotta pancakes, eggs Florentine, good strong coffee. The Go Green freshly made combination of green apple, cucumber, kale and ginger juice was a stand out.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMBEST BRUNCH!Best omellete ever! And wonderful blood orange mimosas. Reasonable prices, Best burger in ages and tasty salad. Place has a funky happy feel right by the river. Only issue is that given no crowd took a while to get lunch on the table.
